Job Description:
Qqada is seeking vigilant and reliable Security Guards to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises, personnel, and visitors. You will patrol assigned areas, monitor surveillance equipment, and enforce company policies to maintain a secure environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patrol property regularly to maintain order and establish a security presence
- Monitor and control access at building entrances and vehicle gates
- Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems
- Respond quickly to alarms or suspicious activities
- Provide assistance to employees, visitors, and clients as needed
- Report daily activities and irregularities such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences
- Follow security protocols and company procedures
- Assist during emergencies, including evacuations and providing first aid if necessary
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Security Guard or similar role
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of public safety and security procedures/protocols
- Surveillance skills and detail orientation
- Physical stamina and strength
- Valid Security Guard License (SIRA Certificate) preferred
- Basic communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
