Job Description:
Air Arabia is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Store Keeper to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The Store Keeper will be responsible for managing the storage, retrieval, and issuance of aviation parts, tools, and other inventory items required for maintenance and operations. This role ensures that all storekeeping activities are performed efficiently, safely, and according to regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming materials and supplies
- Issue parts, tools, and materials as per maintenance department requests
- Maintain accurate inventory records in the system
- Conduct regular stock checks and report discrepancies
- Ensure proper labeling and storage to maintain safety and compliance
- Handle documentation for inbound and outbound inventory transactions
- Coordinate with procurement and maintenance teams for material requirements
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure storage area
- Comply with all safety regulations and company policies
- Support in audits and stock verification processes
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certification is a plus
- 2+ years of experience in storekeeping, preferably in aviation, logistics, or related sectors
- Knowledge of inventory software and warehouse management systems
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift heavy items and work in a physically demanding environment
- Good communication skills in English (written and spoken)
- Familiarity with aviation materials and tools is an advantage
