Job Description:
HSCosmetics LLC is looking for hardworking and dependable Factory Workers to join our manufacturing team in Dubai. As a Factory Worker, you will be involved in the production, packaging, and quality control of cosmetic products, ensuring that all work is completed safely, accurately, and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the manufacturing process of cosmetic products
- Operate machinery and production equipment under supervision
- Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet standards
- Package finished products according to company guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the work area
- Label products accurately and prepare them for shipment
- Follow safety protocols and report any equipment malfunctions
- Support team leaders and supervisors in daily production tasks
- Handle materials and supplies with care
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a factory or production environment is an advantage
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderately heavy materials
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
- Basic communication skills in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime if required
