Job Description:
June Flowers is seeking a responsible and customer-focused Delivery Driver to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe and timely delivery of floral arrangements and gifts to customers across the city while maintaining the quality and presentation of each order.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely deliver flowers and gifts to customers on time
- Handle floral arrangements carefully to prevent damage during transport
- Plan delivery routes efficiently to optimize time and fuel
- Load and unload products with care
- Obtain delivery confirmations and customer signatures as required
- Communicate professionally and politely with customers
- Keep the delivery vehicle clean, organized, and well-maintained
- Report any vehicle issues, delays, or incidents immediately to managemen
- Assist with minor tasks at the store when delivery schedule allows
Requirements:
- Valid UAE driving license (Manual or Automatic)
- Proven work experience as a Delivery Driver, preferably in retail or logistics
- Good knowledge of Dubai roads and traffic regulations
- Ability to lift and carry flower arrangements and packages carefully
- Professional appearance and excellent customer service skills
- Basic communication skills in English (Arabic knowledge is a plus)
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
