Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including Costa’s signature coffees and drinks
- Deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the café area
- Restock supplies and manage inventory
- Operate coffee machines and other café equipment safely and efficiently
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to ensure smooth café operations
- Promote Costa products and upsell where appropriate

Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous experience as a barista or in a customer-facing role (preferred but not essential)
- Friendly, enthusiastic, and a strong communicator
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Good English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Willingness to relocate and legally eligible to work in the UK
