We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Dexterous DMCC.   • Provide general administrative support, including answering phones, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
  • Maintain and organize office files, records, and documentation, ensuring that all information is easily accessible and up-to-date.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other business documents.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed to ensure the office is well-stocked.
  • Greet and assist visitors, providing a friendly and professional impression of the company.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain the security of sensitive data.
  • Support the HR department with onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, and organizing training sessions.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration within the company.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall goals of the organization.
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant, office assistant, or in a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with diverse teams.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and tasks.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
