Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding guest service in line with the hotel’s luxury standards.
- Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations efficiently (Front Office roles).
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and upkeep of rooms and hotel premises (Housekeeping).
- Prepare and serve food & beverages while ensuring guest satisfaction (F&B roles).
- Assist in promoting hotel services and upselling packages to guests.
- Address guest complaints and requests promptly, ensuring a positive experience.
- Work collaboratively with team members and other departments for smooth operations.
- Follow all health, safety, and quality guidelines set by the hotel.
- Participate in training programs for continuous professional development.
- Represent the hotel’s values, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Relevant degree/diploma or certification in hospitality or related field.
- Prior experience in a luxury hotel or resort (preferred, not mandatory for freshers).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to work under pressure.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- UAE work permit eligibility (hotel provides visa support).
Salary and Benefits
- Salary Range: AED 3,000 – AED 15,000 per month (depending on position and experience).
