Key Responsibilities
Depending on the role, common duties include:
- Delivering high-quality patient care according to MOH/KSA guidelines (Clinical staff)
- Managing electronic health records and digital platforms (Digital roles)
- Coordinating hospital/clinic operations and compliance (Admin roles)
- Preparing reports, maintaining inventory, and ensuring patient safety (Support staff)
- Participating in quality improvement and patient engagement initiatives

Qualifications and Requirements
Clinical Roles:
- Valid SCFHS license (Saudi Commission for Health Specialties)
- Degree in Nursing, Medicine, Pharmacy, Radiology, or equivalent

- BLS/ACLS or other required certifications
Non-Clinical/Administrative Roles:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Healthcare Management, IT, HR, or related fields
- Experience in healthcare settings preferred
- Knowledge of MOH systems and compliance (e.g., CBAHI, SEHA, NHIC)
Soft Skills:
- Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Adaptability to digital platforms and evolving healthcare standards
Salary and Benefits
Estimated Monthly Salaries (in SAR):
- Nurses/Technicians: SAR 6,000 – 10,000
- Doctors/Specialists: SAR 18,000 – 35,000
- Admin/IT Staff: SAR 7,000 – 15,000
