Key Responsibilities:
- Design Development: Create detailed architectural designs and plans that meet client requirements and adhere to regulatory standards.
- Project Management: Oversee architectural aspects of projects from initial concept through to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
- Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, construction managers, and other stakeholders to ensure the integrity and feasibility of designs.
- Client Interaction: Communicate with clients to understand their needs, present design proposals, and make necessary revisions based on feedback.
- Site Visits: Conduct site visits to ensure designs are being followed correctly and to address any on-site issues.
- Technical Documentation: Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and construction documents using CAD software.
- Sustainability: Integrate sustainable design principles into all projects to promote environmental responsibility.
- Compliance: Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in architecture, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Skills: Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp. Strong design, visualization, and presentation skills.
- Certifications: Registration with a professional architectural body is preferred.
- Language: Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
- Personality: Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a team environment. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
