Key Responsibilities
Drilling & Rig Operations
- Perform safe and efficient drilling activities as per program
- Monitor and maintain rig equipment and systems
- Supervise rig crew and ensure operational compliance
- Manage emergency responses and safety protocols
Technical & Maintenance
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical/mechanical rig equipment
- Conduct preventative maintenance and inspections
- Maintain equipment logs and maintenance reports
- Support safe rig-up and rig-down procedures
HSE & Support Roles
- Promote and enforce safety standards across all operations
- Maintain documentation for HSE audits and compliance
- Handle administrative, HR, logistics, and material management tasks
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and communication between departments
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Technology, or relevant discipline
- Offshore/onshore drilling experience preferred (not mandatory for entry-level)
- Valid IWCF, BOSIET, HUET certifications preferred for offshore roles
- Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is a plus
- Ability to work in rotational shifts and offshore/on-site locations
- Physically fit and medically cleared for offshore work
- Strong safety awareness and technical problem-solving skills
Salary & Benefits
- Salary Range: SAR 5,000 – SAR 40,000 / Month (Based on role & experience)
