GEM Strategic Alliance Pte Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and organized Human Resource Executive to support the company’s HR operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job vacancies, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and conducting reference checks.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accurate documentation of personal and employment information.
- Support the onboarding process, including preparing employment contracts, organizing orientation programs, and ensuring smooth integration for new hires.
- Administer employee benefits, leave requests, and payroll processing.
- Provide support in handling employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and general inquiries.
- Assist with performance management processes, including goal setting, appraisals, and feedback sessions.
- Maintain and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, including team-building activities, events, and recognition programs.
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Assist in employee relations and ensure a positive and productive workplace environment.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a corporate or fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws and HR best practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
