Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Cashier to join our team at BConnect Solutions Group. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to providing exceptional service to our clients. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for managing transactions, handling cash, and ensuring a seamless payment experience for our customers. Key Responsibilities:
- Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately using our point-of-sale system.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit card payments, ensuring all transactions are recorded correctly.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized cash register area.
- Balance the cash drawer at the end of each shift, ensuring all discrepancies are resolved.
- Assist with the preparation of daily financial reports.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient store operations.
- Stay informed about BConnect Solutions Group’s products and services to provide knowledgeable assistance to clients.
- Follow all company policies and procedures related to cash handling and customer service.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a cashier or in a customer service role is preferred.
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and basic computer skills.
- Reliability and a positive attitude.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
