Key Responsibilities
For Clinical & Nursing Staff:
- Deliver high-quality patient care to mothers, newborns, and women
- Conduct medical examinations, diagnoses, and treatment plans
- Monitor and respond to patient needs during labor and delivery
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with safety protocols
- Support patient education and counseling
For Admin & Support Roles:
- Greet and assist patients and visitors
- Handle scheduling, billing, and insurance coordination
- Maintain data records and manage HR-related documents
- Ensure cleanliness and compliance with hospital hygiene standards
Qualifications & Requirements
- Relevant Degree or Diploma in the medical or administrative field
- Valid DHA / DOH (HAAD) license or eligibility (for clinical roles)
- Minimum 1–5 years of experience (Freshers may apply for select roles)
- Proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Strong communication, empathy, and teamwork skills
- Willingness to work flexible shifts and weekends
Salary & Benefits
- Monthly Salary: AED 5,000 – AED 40,000 (based on experience and role)
