Key Responsibilities (varies by role)
For Engineers (Project/Sales/Design):
- Design and implement formwork solutions for construction sites.
- Conduct site visits and consultations with clients.
- Prepare technical proposals and support the sales team.
- Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely project delivery.
For Logistics/Operations:
- Manage inventory and equipment distribution.
- Ensure safety and quality standards are met.

Qualifications and Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, Logistics, or related field.
- Experience: 2–5 years (minimum), preferably in the construction or formwork industry.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other design tools (for design roles).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
- GCC experience is preferred.
- Certifications: NEBOSH, OSHA (for HSE roles); PMP is an added advantage.
