Key Responsibilities:
- Safe Transportation: Provide safe and timely transportation for clients, executives, and staff members to various destinations.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Ensure the company vehicles are well-maintained, clean, and in good working condition. Conduct regular inspections and report any issues.
- Route Planning: Plan routes to ensure efficient travel, taking into consideration traffic conditions and time constraints.
- Client Interaction: Greet clients and passengers warmly, assisting with luggage and ensuring a comfortable journey.
- Adherence to Regulations: Comply with all traffic laws, regulations, and company policies to ensure safety and legal compliance.
- Emergency Handling: Respond promptly and appropriately to any unexpected situations or emergencies, ensuring the safety of passengers.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of travel times, distances, and vehicle maintenance activities.
- Professionalism: Represent Al Fardan with the highest level of professionalism and courtesy at all times.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of driving experience, preferably in a professional or corporate setting.
- Skills:
- Excellent driving skills with a clean driving record.
- Strong knowledge of Doha’s roads and traffic regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret maps and navigation systems.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- License: Valid Qatari driving license is required.
- Language: Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
