Key Responsibilities:

- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on gas compression and power equipment.
- Commission and troubleshoot mechanical/electrical systems on-site.
- Ensure project delivery in compliance with safety and engineering standards.
- Liaise with clients for technical support and operational updates.
- Implement health and safety regulations across job sites.
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, and compliance checklists.
- Supervise and train junior staff and contractors.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate procurement.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Education: Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience: 3–10 years of relevant experience in oil & gas or energy infrastructure sectors.
- Certifications (Preferred): NEBOSH, IOSH, PMP, API, or equivalent technical certifications.
- Skills:
- Strong troubleshooting and technical reporting ability.
- Knowledge of gas compression systems and power generation.
- Familiarity with safety standards and industrial regulations in Kuwait/GCC.
- Valid Kuwait Driving License (preferred for field roles).
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an added advantage.

- Salary Range: KWD 600 to KWD 1500 per month (depending on the role and experience).
