Key Responsibilities:

(May vary depending on the role)

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on gas compression and power equipment.
  • Commission and troubleshoot mechanical/electrical systems on-site.
  • Ensure project delivery in compliance with safety and engineering standards.
  • Liaise with clients for technical support and operational updates.
  • Implement health and safety regulations across job sites.
  • Prepare technical documentation, reports, and compliance checklists.
  • Supervise and train junior staff and contractors.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate procurement.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Education: Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation Engineering, or related fields.
  • Experience: 3–10 years of relevant experience in oil & gas or energy infrastructure sectors.
  • Certifications (Preferred): NEBOSH, IOSH, PMP, API, or equivalent technical certifications.
  • Skills:
  • Strong troubleshooting and technical reporting ability.
  • Knowledge of gas compression systems and power generation.
  • Familiarity with safety standards and industrial regulations in Kuwait/GCC.
  • Valid Kuwait Driving License (preferred for field roles).
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is an added advantage.
Salary and Benefits:
  • Salary Range: KWD 600 to KWD 1500 per month (depending on the role and experience).
