Lynx Consultancy is seeking a motivated and experienced Food and Beverage (F&B) Supervisor to join our team in the United Arab Emirates. As an F&B Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the food and beverage services. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of service excellence and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise F&B Operations: Oversee the daily operations of food and beverage services, ensuring that all activities are carried out in accordance with company standards and procedures.
  • Team Management: Lead, train, and motivate a team of F&B staff to provide exceptional service. Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, updates, and feedback.
  • Customer Service: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing guest concerns and resolving any issues promptly. Strive to exceed guest expectations by delivering outstanding service.
  • Quality Control: Monitor the quality of food and beverage products served to guests. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain high hygiene standards.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels for all F&B supplies and products. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and manage stock rotation to minimize waste.
  • Financial Management: Assist in budgeting and cost control measures to maximize profitability. Monitor sales, analyze financial performance, and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of special events, banquets, and private functions. Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improvement in service quality and operational efficiency. Implement best practices to enhance the overall guest experience.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Proven experience as an F&B Supervisor or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong understanding of food and beverage operations and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations in food service.
  • Proficiency in inventory management and cost control.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
