Position Overview:

You Baby Studio is seeking a dynamic and organized Female Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our studio. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, handling correspondence, and maintaining records.
  • Provide excellent customer service, greeting clients, and assisting with inquiries both in person and over the phone.
  • Coordinate with the photography team to ensure smooth scheduling and workflow.
  • Assist in the preparation and organization of photo shoots, including setting up equipment and props.
  • Handle invoicing, billing, and other financial transactions.
  • Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
  • Manage social media accounts and assist with marketing activities as needed.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
  • Handle any other administrative duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and basic marketing skills are a plus.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
