Key Responsibilities
While duties vary by role, typical responsibilities include:
- Performing inspections, maintenance, installation, and troubleshooting of turbine equipment
- Leading field projects and ensuring quality execution

- Providing technical support and equipment documentation

Qualifications and Requirements
- Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND/HNC in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
- Experience:
- 2–10+ years in power plant, oil & gas, or industrial field service (depending on role)
- Experience with GE, Siemens, or Mitsubishi equipment is a plus
- Certifications (Preferred):
- IOSH, NEBOSH (for safety roles), GWO, turbine-specific training
- Skills:
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work in high-pressure environments and travel extensively
- Proficiency in technical documentation and digital tools
- Language:
- English (mandatory); other European languages are a plus
Salary and Benefits
Position Level Estimated Monthly Salary (GBP)
- Field Technician / Trainee £2,500 – £3,500
- Field Engineer £3,800 – £5,800
- Project Manager / Coordinator £5,500 – £8,500
- Senior Specialist / Safety Lead £6,000 – £9,500
