Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Analysis and Reporting: Conduct thorough financial analysis, including variance analysis, profitability analysis, and financial modeling. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and present findings to senior management.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and financial forecasts. Monitor budget variances and provide analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Data Management: Collect, organize, and analyze financial data to support decision-making processes. Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor key financial metrics and performance indicators. Provide insights and recommendations to enhance financial performance and operational efficiency.
- Support Strategic Planning: Collaborate with various departments to develop and implement financial strategies. Support management in strategic planning and investment decision-making.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls. Identify financial risks and develop risk mitigation strategies.
- Ad-Hoc Analysis: Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and support for special projects as required.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within the healthcare or service industry.
- Strong knowledge of financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting techniques.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
