Responsibilities:
- Package food products according to established procedures and guidelines.
- Operate packaging machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Monitor production lines to ensure smooth operation and timely packing of products.
- Conduct quality checks on packaged items to verify accuracy and integrity.
- Label packages accurately and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the packaging area to meet hygiene standards.
- Assist in inventory management, including counting and recording stock levels.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize packing processes and meet production targets.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications:
- No prior experience is required; training will be provided.
- Attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to meeting production goals.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Basic math skills for counting and recording inventory.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift/move packages as needed.
