Key Responsibilities:

Guest Services Management:

  • Oversee daily front office operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Greet and assist guests with check-in/check-out procedures, room assignments, and inquiries.
  • Address and resolve guest complaints and concerns promptly, ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain a high standard of customer service, ensuring all guests feel welcomed and valued.

Team Leadership:

  • Supervise, train, and mentor front office staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Schedule and manage staff shifts, ensuring adequate coverage at all times.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
  • Promote teamwork and collaboration among the front office team.

Operational Efficiency:

  • Monitor and manage front office processes, ensuring adherence to hotel policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest transactions and activities.
  • Assist in the implementation and maintenance of front office technology and systems.

Financial Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing the front office budget, controlling costs without compromising service quality.
  • Handle cash transactions, billing, and financial reports accurately.
  • Ensure proper handling of guest accounts, payments, and deposits.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a luxury hotel setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team development and guest service excellence.
  • Proficient in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
