Key Responsibilities (Role-Dependent)
Shipping & Marine Services
- Coordinate vessel arrivals, departures, and port activities.
- Ensure compliance with UK maritime regulations.
- Liaise with port authorities, clients, and vessel operators.
- Arrange for ship supplies, crew changes, and documentation.
Logistics & Freight
- Handle import/export shipments and customs clearance.
- Organize warehousing, last-mile delivery, and supply chain operations.
- Track consignments and update clients.
Corporate Functions
- Provide HR support, recruitment, and onboarding.
- Manage financial reporting, budgeting, and invoicing.
- Maintain IT systems and troubleshoot user issues.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in relevant fields (Logistics, Maritime Studies, Business, etc.)
- Experience in shipping/logistics/supply chain preferred (0–5+ years depending on role)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Knowledge of UK/EU customs laws (for freight/customs roles)
- Proficiency in MS Office; ERP/SAP experience is a plus
- UK Work Permit or eligibility to work in the UK

- Logistics Officer £23,000 – £32,000
- Freight Forwarding Executive £25,000 – £38,000
- Customs Specialist £28,000 – £40,000
- HSE Officer £30,000 – £45,000
- Port Agency Manager £45,000 – £60,000
- Finance / HR / Admin Roles £22,000 – £40,000
- IT Support Technician £25,000 – £38,000
- Business Development Manager £40,000 – £60,000 + Bonuses
