We are seeking a talented and experienced Gardener Team Leader to join our team in Luxembourg. As a Gardener Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of gardeners in the design, installation, and maintenance of outdoor spaces for our clients. Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Lead and supervise a team of gardeners, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure the successful completion of landscaping projects.
  • Project Management: Plan and coordinate landscaping projects, including garden design, planting, irrigation, and maintenance, to meet client requirements and deadlines.
  • Client Communication: Communicate with clients to understand their landscaping needs, preferences, and budget constraints, and provide recommendations and solutions accordingly.
  • Horticultural Expertise: Utilize your knowledge of plants, trees, and shrubs to select appropriate species for planting, taking into account environmental factors and client preferences.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all landscaping work meets the highest standards of quality, aesthetics, and sustainability, adhering to industry best practices and safety regulations.
  • Equipment Management: Manage landscaping equipment and tools, ensuring they are properly maintained, serviced, and used safely by team members.
  • Budget Management: Assist in budget planning and management for landscaping projects, tracking expenses and materials usage to ensure projects are completed within budgetary constraints.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about the latest trends, techniques, and technologies in landscaping and horticulture, and implement best practices to improve efficiency and quality of work.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: Previous experience in landscaping, gardening, or a related field, with demonstrated leadership experience, is required.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and management abilities, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve excellence.
  • Horticultural Knowledge: Deep understanding of plants, trees, and shrubs, as well as soil types, irrigation systems, and sustainable landscaping practices.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Effective problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and find creative solutions to landscaping challenges.
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing demands.
  • Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
