Key Responsibilities
- Ensure exceptional in-flight or on-ground service and safety for passengers.
- Conduct regular maintenance, inspection, and compliance for aircraft and equipment.
- Handle airport check-in, boarding, baggage services, and customer queries.
- Coordinate flight dispatch, routing, and communication with pilots and ATC.
- Support airline operations with IT systems, finance, HR, and logistics roles.
- Maintain compliance with civil aviation authority (CAA) regulations and Gulf Air standards.
Qualifications and Requirements
- High school diploma, bachelor’s degree, or technical certification (as per role).
- Minimum 0–7 years of relevant experience.
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Physically fit and medically cleared for flight operations (for crew roles).
- Valid licenses (EASA/ICAO/FAA) for technical/pilot positions.
- Willingness to relocate to Bahrain and travel internationally.
Salary and Benefits
- Salary Range: BHD 400 – BHD 3,500 / Month (approx. USD 1,000 – 9,300)
