Qualifications & Requirements
Nurses:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing + ≥ 3 years post-license experience
- Must pass UAE DOH/HAAD (now HAAD/DHA) licensing exams
- Dataflow verification completed or in progress
- For specialty areas, proven experience is required
General Practitioners:
- Active UAE DOH license, Arabic proficiency preferred
- Experience in outpatient/clinic settings; home healthcare a plus
Other Medical Roles:
- ICU/HDU registered nurses → BLS/ACLS certifications
- Rehabilitation, Radiographer, Pharmacist, Medical Laboratory Technologist roles also available
Salary & Benefits
- Tax-free monthly salary up to AED 6,500 (~USD 1,770), with basic salary starting ~AED 3,250 (~USD 885)
- Allowances: housing, transport, cost-of-living
- Annual benefits: ticket allowance, 22 days’ paid leave, sick and other leaves, continuing medical education (2 days)
