Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist nurses and other healthcare professionals in delivering direct patient care, including personal hygiene, feeding, and mobility support.
  • Monitor and record patients’ vital signs such as temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration rates.
  • Maintain patient comfort by ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
  • Assist in the preparation of patients for medical procedures and examinations.
  • Support the maintenance of a clean and safe environment by adhering to infection control policies and procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and the healthcare team, providing updates and relaying any concerns or changes in patient conditions.
  • Assist in the transportation of patients within the hospital, ensuring their safety and comfort.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, updating care plans as necessary.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Previous experience in a healthcare or caregiving role is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
