Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain smart control and automation systems.
- Manage full project lifecycle from proposal to commissioning.
- Provide technical solutions, documentation, and client support.
- Ensure compliance with Honeywell global quality and HSE standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional global teams and customers.
- Analyze market and client needs to propose suitable solutions (for sales roles).
- Mentor junior staff and ensure knowledge sharing.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, IT, Instrumentation), Business, Finance, or related fields.
- 0–10 years of experience depending on the role (freshers eligible for trainee roles).
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CCNA, CFA, etc.) are a plus.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and leadership abilities.
- English proficiency (Arabic is a bonus).
- Prior experience in the GCC/MENA region preferred.
Salary and Benefits
- Salary Range: QAR 7,000 – QAR 30,000 / month (role & experience dependent)
