Position Overview:

We are seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented Housekeeping Room Attendants to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a passion for cleanliness, excellent attention to detail, and a friendly demeanor. As a Housekeeping Room Attendant at Best Western Plus Revelstoke, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our guests enjoy a comfortable and welcoming stay by maintaining clean and tidy guest rooms.

Key Responsibilities:

Room Cleaning:

  • Clean and maintain guest rooms according to established standards and procedures.
  • Make beds, change linens, and replace towels and amenities as needed.
  • Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and remove trash to ensure rooms are fresh and inviting.

Bathroom Care:

  • Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, showers, and fixtures.
  • Replenish bathroom amenities such as soap, shampoo, and toilet paper.
  • Ensure that bathroom surfaces are clean and free of stains or mildew.

Room Inspection:

  • Conduct thorough inspections of guest rooms to identify any maintenance issues or cleanliness concerns.
  • Report any damages, maintenance issues, or missing items to the appropriate department.

Guest Interaction:

  • Provide friendly and attentive service to guests, responding promptly to any requests or concerns.
  • Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times, ensuring a positive guest experience.

Team Collaboration:

  • Work collaboratively with other housekeeping staff and departments to ensure efficient operations and guest satisfaction.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues to coordinate tasks and prioritize assignments.


  • Experience: Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.


  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
