Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our dynamic team in the United Arab Emirates. As an HR Assistant at Calo, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our HR department and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of HR functions. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks including recruitment, employee onboarding, record maintenance, and providing support to employees regarding HR policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process by posting job vacancies, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates and hiring managers.
- Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
- Employee Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, attendance, performance reviews, and other HR-related documentation.
- HR Policies and Procedures: Provide support to employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits, ensuring compliance with company policies and local labor laws.
- Administrative Support: Assist in the preparation of HR reports, presentations, and correspondence. Manage HR-related queries and provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
- Employee Engagement: Contribute to the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives and activities to foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Training and Development: Coordinate training sessions and workshops, and maintain training records.
- Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Previous experience in an HR role or administrative position is preferred.
Skills:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
