Overseas for Water is seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Ice Cream Server to join our team in the United Arab Emirates. As an Ice Cream Server, you will play a vital role in creating memorable experiences for our customers by serving delicious ice cream treats with a smile. You will be responsible for greeting customers, taking orders, preparing and serving ice cream, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, provide exceptional service, and assist them in selecting from our menu of ice cream flavors and toppings.
- Order Taking: Accurately take customer orders and ensure that all special requests and dietary restrictions are noted.
- Ice Cream Preparation: Scoop and serve ice cream, prepare sundaes, milkshakes, and other desserts, ensuring each order is made to perfection.
- Cash Handling: Process customer transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system, handle cash and credit card payments, and provide accurate change.
- Cleanliness and Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the counter, serving areas, and dining areas. Follow all health and safety guidelines.
- Stock Management: Monitor inventory levels of ice cream, cones, toppings, and supplies, and assist in restocking as needed.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure efficient service and a positive customer experience.
- Promotional Activities: Assist in promoting special offers, seasonal flavors, and new products to enhance sales and customer engagement.
- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and share insights with management to help improve service quality and product offerings.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a customer service or food service role is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and processing transactions.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- A positive attitude and a passion for creating enjoyable customer experiences.
