Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain drilling rigs and associated equipment.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
- Support drilling operations and optimize rig performance.
- Manage inventory, logistics, and supply chain requirements.
- Assist in training and development of junior crew members.
- Report operational activities to supervisors and maintain records.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering, mechanical, electrical, or related fields.
- Previous oilfield/drilling experience preferred; freshers may apply for entry-level positions.
- Strong technical knowledge of drilling operations and safety standards.
- Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Physically fit and able to work in offshore/onshore environments.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

- Salary Range: AED 5,000 – AED 30,000 per month (based on position and experience).
