Qualifications and Requirements:
General Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree / diploma in relevant field (aviation, engineering, business, etc.)
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid passport and flexibility to work in Kuwait or Qatar
For Cabin Crew:
- Minimum height requirement (as per airline standards)
- Well-groomed and professional appearance
- Friendly personality and customer service skills
For Pilots:
- Valid ATPL license and Type Rating (A320)
- Minimum flight hours as per job
- Valid Class 1 medical certificate
For Engineers/Technicians:
- EASA/FAA/GCAA license preferred
- Relevant certifications (AME, avionics, etc.)
Salary and Benefits:
Salary Range (Monthly):
- Entry-level positions: KWD/QAR 500 – 800
- Mid-level roles: KWD/QAR 1,000 – 2,000
- Senior roles (Pilots, Engineers): KWD/QAR 3,000 – 6,000+
