Job Description:

As a Call Desk Agent at CTG Luxembourg PSF, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional technical support and customer service to our clients. Working in our call center, you will be the first point of contact for clients seeking assistance with IT-related issues, inquiries, and requests.

Job Details:

  • Salary:€1050.00 – €3500.00 Monthly
  • Job Position: Call Desk Agent
  • Job Type: Full Time, Permanent, Part-Time, 40-60 hours per week
  • Education: High School or Diploma Degree
  • Experience: 1-2 Basic Requirements

Your responsibilities may include:

  • Answering incoming calls and responding to emails and tickets promptly and professionally
  • Troubleshooting technical issues and providing timely resolution or escalation as needed
  • Providing guidance and instructions to clients on how to resolve common IT problems
  • Documenting all client interactions and technical issues accurately in the ticketing system
  • Collaborating with other members of the support team and technical specialists to resolve complex issues
  • Following up with clients to ensure that their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction
  • Providing proactive communication and updates to clients regarding the status of their requests
  • Adhering to service level agreements (SLAs) and performance metrics to meet or exceed client expectations
  • Participating in ongoing training and development activities to enhance technical skills and knowledge

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or technical support role preferred
  • Strong technical aptitude and familiarity with IT systems, software, and hardware
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and concisely to non-technical users
  • Patience, empathy, and a customer-centric approach to problem-solving
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Proficiency in using help desk software and ticketing systems
  • Fluency in English; additional languages such as French or German are a plus
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
