Job Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our finance team at Izar Solutions for Websites PVT. LTD. in Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing accurate financial reports, maintaining accounting records, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of accounting principles to support the company’s financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting tasks, including bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with local accounting standards.
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow to ensure financial stability.
- Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis reports.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of tax returns and compliance with Kuwaiti tax laws.
- Assist with audits and internal controls, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and supporting documentation.
- Process and verify invoices, expense reports, and payments.
- Monitor and track company expenses and suggest cost-saving measures.
- Assist with payroll management and employee benefits.
- Provide financial advice and recommendations to management to support decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of Kuwaiti tax laws and regulations.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
