Key Responsibilities:
- Client Experience Coordination: Collaborate with the Experience team to plan and oversee personalized client experiences, ensuring services are tailored to meet the unique needs of our international clientele.
- Administrative Support: Manage office operations, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining organized records to support the team’s efficiency.
- Cultural Sensitivity: Demonstrate an understanding of cultural differences to anticipate and fulfill client preferences effectively.
- Social Media Management: Assist in creating and managing content for various social media platforms to enhance our online presence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably within the luxury lifestyle or hospitality sectors.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with social media platforms.
