Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Ayurveda Doctor to join our esteemed team. The ideal candidate will have a profound knowledge of Ayurvedic principles and practices, dedicated to providing holistic healthcare solutions to our clients. This role involves conducting thorough patient consultations, developing personalized treatment plans, and guiding patients on lifestyle modifications to promote optimal health and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Consultations: Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ health concerns, medical histories, and lifestyle factors to determine their unique dosha profiles.
- Treatment Planning: Develop individualized treatment plans utilizing Ayurvedic therapies, including herbal remedies, Panchakarma procedures, dietary recommendations, and lifestyle modifications.
- Therapy Administration: Oversee and administer various Ayurvedic treatments and therapies, ensuring patient comfort and safety throughout the process.
- Patient Education: Educate patients on the principles of Ayurveda, guiding them on preventive healthcare practices, nutrition, and stress management techniques.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other healthcare professionals within the wellness center to provide integrated and comprehensive care plans for patients.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient consultations, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with clinic policies.
- Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of the latest developments and research in Ayurvedic medicine to continually enhance the quality of care provided.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Doctorate degree in Ayurveda from a recognized institution.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience as an Ayurveda Doctor, preferably within a multidisciplinary wellness or healthcare setting.
- Licensure: Valid license to practice as an Ayurveda Doctor in the UAE or eligibility to obtain the same.
- Skills: Proficient in diagnosing health issues based on Ayurvedic principles, with expertise in administering Panchakarma therapies and other Ayurvedic treatments.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex health concepts in an understandable manner.
