Key Responsibilities:

• Beverage Preparation: Craft a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails and mocktails, ensuring consistency and quality in every serve.
• Customer Service: Greet guests warmly, present menus, and provide detailed information on drink selections, making personalized recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
• Order Management: Accurately take and relay orders to the kitchen and bar, ensuring timely delivery of food and beverages to guests.
• Table Maintenance: Set up and clear tables efficiently, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining and bar areas throughout service.
• Inventory Control: Monitor and manage bar inventory, including restocking supplies and conducting regular stock checks to maintain optimal levels.
• Compliance and Safety: Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards, ensuring a safe environment for both guests and staff.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years in a similar role within the hospitality industry, with a strong emphasis on bartending and customer service.
• Skills: Proficiency in mixing drinks, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Language: Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
