Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled Call Center Agent to manage high-quality customer interactions for inquiries related to property sales, leasing, and related services. As part of the client care team, you will uphold UHP’s reputation for professionalism and efficiency by ensuring prompt, accurate support via phone and email.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and respond promptly to customer emails.
- Handle property-related inquiries with strong knowledge and resourcefulness.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints, escalating when needed.
- Enter and update customer details in the database and process forms or applications.
- Route calls to specialist departments when necessary and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain comprehensive logs of customer interactions per company procedures.
- Proactively contact prospects or respond to outbound leads as directed.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 2–5 years experience in a call center or customer service role—real estate experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
- Calm and professional demeanor; able to work effectively under pressure.
- Strong multitasking abilities, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CRM systems preferred.
