AAU is currently seeking qualified candidates for the position of Call Center & Customer Service Representative at its Abu Dhabi campus. This role is within the Admission and Registration Unit and is exclusively open to UAE Nationals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Proficiency in both English and Arabic, spoken and written
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer skills, particularly in MS Office programs
- Ability to manage confidential information

Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years in call center or customer service roles; experience within the UAE is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide information related to university admission policies and conditions to prospective students
- Stay updated and disseminate information regarding university programs, specializations, fees, and other relevant details
- Respond to inquiries concerning exams, holidays, course schedules, and other academic matters
- Follow up on student queries and communicate with students via email
- Prepare daily and monthly reports as needed and report to the Deputy General Registrar
- Record all inquiries and maintain proper documentation
- Contact students who have dropped out to understand their reasons and offer assistance
- Conduct surveys related to AAU programs and services
- Perform other duties as assigned by the General Registrar
