Key Responsibilities:
- Installation and Configuration: Install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with client requirements.
- System Maintenance: Conduct regular maintenance checks, troubleshoot system issues, and perform necessary repairs to ensure uninterrupted surveillance operations.
- Technical Support: Provide technical support to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to CCTV and associated security systems promptly.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of installations, configurations, maintenance activities, and service requests.
- Compliance and Standards: Ensure all installations and services adhere to local regulations and industry standards, particularly those set by Qatar’s Ministry of Interior (MOI) Security Systems Department (SSD).
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in installing and maintaining CCTV and ELV (Extra Low Voltage) systems, preferably within the Middle East.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in working with various CCTV systems and components, understanding of network configurations, and familiarity with MOI-SSD regulations and requirements.
- Education: Diploma or certification in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
- Other Requirements: Ability to work at heights and in various environmental conditions; valid driving license is preferred.
