Job Description:
The Clinic Supervisor at Ultra Medical Center will oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and efficient administrative processes. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a commitment to maintaining a positive work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of clinic staff, including physicians, nurses, medical assistants, and administrative personnel.
- Ensure efficient patient flow, manage appointment scheduling, and optimize resource utilization.
- Monitor clinic operations to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance patient satisfaction, quality of care, and operational efficiency.
- Assist in the recruitment, training, and evaluation of clinic staff, fostering a positive work culture and promoting professional growth.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and administrative staff to develop and implement clinical protocols and guidelines.
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering and maintaining medical supplies, equipment, and pharmaceuticals.
- Monitor and analyze clinic performance metrics, generating reports and implementing improvements as necessary.
- Manage patient complaints and inquiries, ensuring timely resolution and exceptional customer service.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements and best practices in clinic management and healthcare delivery.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar field, with at least 2 years in a supervisory position.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in healthcare management software and knowledge of healthcare laws and regulations.
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
