Job Description:
Interactive Development Company (IDC) is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee and coordinate construction projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction projects, ensuring compliance with building and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop project plans and specifications.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Oversee on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and timelines.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on all project sites.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management, preferably within the design and build sector.
- Proven track record of managing construction projects from inception to completion.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, means, and methods.
