Key Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver packages, documents, and freight across Abu Dhabi using a company vehicle.
• Accurately scan and label parcels; ensure each delivery meets FedEx’s quality standards.
• Plan and optimize delivery routes for efficiency and reliability.
• Load and unload deliveries safely and maintain vehicle organization.
• Conduct basic administrative tasks—tracking deliveries, noting exceptions, and logging customer interactions.
• Communicate clearly with dispatchers, supervisors, and customers.
• Uphold FedEx safety and service standards during all operations.

Qualifications & Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid UAE Manual Driving License and familiarity with Abu Dhabi road networks.
• Physically capable of lifting and delivering packages safely.
• Customer-oriented, punctual, and able to work under time-sensitive conditions.
• Basic computer skills for using handheld scanning devices and logging deliveries.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work well in a team setting.
