Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years in a customer service or customer experience role, preferably within the retail or e-commerce sectors.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with e-commerce platforms is beneficial.
