  • Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Process applications for banking services such as account openings, card applications, and loan approvals.
  • Provide guidance to customers on the use of online banking platforms and mobile applications.
  • Maintain customer records and ensure all documentation is updated in compliance with regulatory and company policies.
  • Work closely with internal departments to follow up on customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Assist in promoting the bank’s products and cross-selling opportunities based on customer needs.
  • Ensure compliance with the bank’s policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay up-to-date with banking products, compliance guidelines, and customer service best practices.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Banking, Finance, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds.
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of banking regulations and financial products would be an advantage.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin to communicate effectively with Chinese-speaking clients.
