Job Overview

Al Warraq is seeking a highly accurate and organized Data Entry Clerk to join its back-office operations team. The selected candidate will be responsible for entering, updating, and verifying data in various systems while maintaining data integrity and confidentiality. This position is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail and computer proficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter and update data into databases and digital systems quickly and accurately.
  • Verify accuracy of data before and after entry to ensure consistency.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
  • Prepare reports and summaries based on entered data as required.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for data collection and corrections.
  • Perform regular data backups and ensure data is organized and retrievable.
  • Assist in scanning, filing, and organizing physical documents when needed.
  • Follow company procedures and data quality standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Diploma in IT, Business, or related field is a plus.
  • Proven data entry work experience is preferred; Freshers with strong computer skills may apply.
  • Fast typing skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word); familiarity with database systems is an advantage.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Discreet and reliable in handling confidential data.
Salary & Benefits
  • Monthly Salary: AED 3,000 – AED 4,000 (depending on experience)
