Job Description:

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team at ROYAL TOP GROUP COMPANY in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in the company’s databases. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage large volumes of data in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately input data into the company’s systems, ensuring completeness and correctness.
  • Verify data entries by comparing source documents with the entered information.
  • Perform regular data backups and maintain accurate data records.
  • Organize and update files and databases as required.
  • Assist in generating reports and retrieving information from the database when requested.
  • Identify errors in data and rectify them promptly.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
  • Perform other related tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in data entry or office management is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Prior experience in a similar position in Abu Dhabi or the UAE is a plus.
