Job Description:
Medical Center Qatar is looking for a dedicated and skilled Dental Nurse to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, assist dentists during dental procedures, and ensure the smooth operation of the dental clinic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist dentists in all clinical procedures, including examinations, treatments, and surgeries.
- Prepare dental equipment, instruments, and materials before procedures.
- Maintain a clean and sterile environment, adhering to infection control protocols.
- Provide pre- and post-operative care to patients, offering support and reassurance.
- Record and manage patient information accurately and confidentially.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care.
- Ensure proper sterilization of instruments and disposal of medical waste.
- Monitor and manage dental supplies and inventory.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in Dental Nursing or a related field.
- Valid nursing license recognized in Qatar.
- Previous experience as a Dental Nurse, preferably in Qatar or the GCC region.
- Strong knowledge of dental instruments, procedures, and infection control protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
