Job Overview
As a Digital Marketing Executive at Mashakeek & Steak, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the brand’s online presence and driving customer engagement through strategic digital marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities
- Digital Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and drive traffic to physical locations and online platforms.
- Social Media Management: Oversee and manage the brand’s social media profiles, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Content Creation: Develop engaging and visually appealing content, including graphics, videos, and copy, that resonates with the target audience and aligns with the brand’s voice.
- SEO & SEM: Optimize website content for search engines and manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads) to enhance online visibility and lead generation.
- Email Marketing: Design and execute email marketing campaigns to promote new menu items, special offers, and events, ensuring high open and conversion rates.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights, providing regular reports and recommendations for optimization.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the creative and operations teams to ensure cohesive branding and timely execution of marketing campaigns.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the food & beverage or hospitality industry.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Canva, etc.).
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and content marketing strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
